An engineering group, not a fund

VE S.A. is a technology holding based in Łódź, Poland. We don't invest in other people's ideas — we build our own products and the companies that grow them.

The common denominator of the group is engineering at the edge of the network: where software meets the physical world. We design electronics, embedded systems and IoT devices, teach AI models to see and decide, and build platforms that run in real time.

We run our own R&D department that designs electronics, embedded software and SOM modules — from schematic and firmware to certification and production.

The same team that designs a circuit board can train the model and stand up the cloud that serves it. That advantage can't be bought — it has to be built.
